These are far too large for an engagement ring.

So assuming you want a non yellow diamond and more of a white diamond without yellow F-G color it is called, and an average price I will assume you want something relatively eye clean vs2-si1 the published price on bluenile is $62.000 to $320,000.00 as of the time of this writing. However, if you are not someoene with that budget you can buy a laser enhanced diamond. A real diamond that size cleaned up with a laser that is just like going to the dermotolist or for human eye surgery the very same laser you can get a 3ct E color Si1 diamond for $17,100 from any of my websites below.
